Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

On May 19th, the Ministry of Education announced that they are extending the school closure period for all schools in Ontario for the remainder of the school year. This decision has been made as a safety precaution to protect our students and staff, and help minimize the spread of COVID-19 in our community.

In light of this directive, all HCDSB schools and workplaces will remain CLOSED until Friday, June 26, 2020.

At this time, we do not have any additional information, but we will continue to share any new updates with you as they become available.

For the latest news and answers to frequently asked questions related to COVID-19, please visit the HCDSB Learn at Home website.

In addition, the HCDSB Learn at Home website offers a collection of educational, special education, mental health & wellness, ESL and faith-based resources to support learning at home.
