Academic Upgrading

This Employment Ontario program is funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario and through the Canada-Ontario Job Fund Agreement

Our Academic Upgrading program is a non-credit, part-time program for adults interested in developing and enhancing their employment potential, acquiring further training and education in specific areas, and building independent learning skills.  Individual programs are developed based on the student’s goals.  Small group settings provide for individual attention.

Continuous intake September to May.

While schools and workplaces remain closed, Academic Upgrading will continue with online learning.  Your teacher will contact you by email and/or phone.  For new students, online assessments and registrations is available.  Please contact us via email for more information. 

Our Next Steps and GROW programs provide individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunity to develop and enhance their employment, education and/or independence skills.  Individual programs are developed based on student goals.  Small group settings provide for individual attention.

Students must be able to work independently, able to set and meet learning goals.

GROW classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays-September – May.  Call to book an intake appointment.  Spaces are limited.
